Delivered new in Candy Apple Red with the iconic rocker stripes, this Shelby has been refinished in its original livery and is in beautiful condition throughout. Inward, the car has the original black interior that features the standard roll bar, center console with gauges, correct AM radio, original Shelby steering wheel, folding rear seat, and matching Shelby 10 Spoke spare tire.
 
The Shelby prepared 428 Cobra Jet is upgraded with correct KR heads, intake & exhaust manifolds making it even more powerful. All of the engines of that period were underrated and the 428 in KR form was estimated to actually put out around 415 horsepower and 440 pounds of torque!! Additionally the engine is backed by the 4 speed manual transmission and Ford 9 rear end, and is verified by the Marti Report to be 1 of 405 cars built in this configuration.
